Contaminated fluid is supplied via customer-provided lifting stations.
Chips and fine sludge (grinding swarf, scale, corundum) generated
during the grinding process are discharged via a scraper conveyor.
The sludge is pre-dried along the upper section of the scraper conveyor.
Filtration is performed using ZYKLOMAT high-performance hydrocyclones.
The system operates fully automatically.
